Shoichiro Niijima Director

Mr. Niijima joined Polaris in December 2025. Prior to this, he was a senior manager at Accenture, serving as a management consultant primarily for the manufacturing and electronics industries. During his 9 years’ experience at Accenture, he gained experience in both strategy and execution, including business strategy development, business turnarounds, improving sales and operations, and supporting the implementation of digital marketing, ERP and other systems. He has a career in selling semiconductor products at Samsung's Japanese subsidiary as well. Mr. Niijima received a BA in Commerce from Waseda University and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. In 2016, he also qualified as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant.
