Shinjiro Nomura Managing Director

Mr. Nomura joined Poralis in August 2025. He brings over 30 years of global financial and business development experience. Prior to joining Polars, he oversaw global operations and business development at Piolax, Inc., a Japanese automotive parts manufacturer. He previously held senior roles at Mizuho Financial Group, including Deputy President of Mizuho Securities USA LLC, and played a key role in expanding the firm’s investment banking business and corporate functions. He spent 13 years of his career in NY. Mr. Nomura holds a B.A. in Economics from Waseda University.
