Nobuhiro Kawai Director

Mr. Kawai joined Polaris in September 2025. Prior to Polaris, he, as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney, led a wide range of projects related to CXO agendas from enterprise strategy, digital/sales/brand strategy, operational transformation, to new business development for various industries such as consumer goods and services, system integrators, and financial institutions. Before joining A.T. Kearney, he assumed a variety of planning roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Mr. Kawai received a BA in Economics from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
