Katsuaki Moriguchi Principal

Mr. Moriguchi joined Polaris in January 2020. Prior to Polaris, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where he was primarily engaged in structuring finance transactions for clients in the energy sector. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was with Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC, focusing on M&A-related advisory services including corporate valuation and cash flow modeling. Prior to that, he worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where he was involved in corporate sales and subsidiary management operations. Mr. Moriguchi received a BA in Economics from Hitotsubashi University.
