Haruyoshi Ichikawa Director

Mr. Ichikawa joined Polaris in March 2023. Prior to Polaris, he was a Senior Vice President of Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC. As a project manager, he supervised a wide variety of projects, such as turnaround, corporate restructuring, PMI, operational improvement, and new business development for mainly manufacturing, retail and service industries. Before joining Deloitte, he worked at API consultants and Proudfoot Japan (previous company of API), where he managed a lot of hands-on value up projects, not only as a project manager but also as an interim CXO. Prior to joining Proudfoot Japan, he worked at Intelligence (PERSOL HOLDINGS CO.LTD), one of the largest HR solution company. Mr. Ichikawa received a BA in Economics from Keio University and an MBA from Chicago University, Chicago Booth school of business.
